以燕麦品种“定燕2号”和“晋燕14号”为材料,研究UV-B辐射增强条件下,核桃青皮多酚对燕麦幼苗活性氧含量、膜脂过氧化和抗氧化物质含量的影响。结果表明,核桃青皮多酚降低了UV-B辐射增强条件下“定燕2号”和“晋燕14号”O2·-产生速率、·OH、H2O2和MDA含量。UV-B6h+核桃青皮多酚处理后,“定燕2号”的SOD活性、CAT活性均最高,而“定燕2号”的APX活性最低;UV-B0h+核桃青皮多酚处理后,“晋燕14号”SOD活性显著低于其他处理;UV-B3h+核桃青皮多酚处理后,“晋燕14号”CAT活性显著高于其他处理。UV-B3h+核桃青皮多酚、UV-B6h+核桃青皮多酚处理后的“晋燕14号”的DHA含量显著高于UV-B3h+核桃青皮多酚处理。核桃青皮多酚对不同UV-B辐射下“定燕2号”和“晋燕14号”抗氧化性影响的综合测评分别依次为12、3、6、0h;12、3、6、0h。该研究结果为核桃青皮多酚提取物在核桃青皮深加工利用、燕麦育种、抗氧化机制等方面的研究提供了理论依据。
The effects of walnut peel polyphenols on the content of reactive oxygen species, membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant substances in oat seedlings were studied with oat cultivars Dingyan 2 and Jinyan 14 under UV-B radiation enhancement conditions. The results showed that polyphenols in walnut peel could reduce the production rate of superoxide anion,·OH, H 2O 2 and MDA content in Dingyan 2 and Jinyan 14 under UV-B radiation enhancement conditions. After UV-B 6 h+walnut peel polyphenol treatment, the SOD activity and CAT activity of Dingyan 2 were the highest, while the APX activity of Dingyan 2 was the lowest. After UV-B 0 h + polyphenol treatment, the SOD activity of Jinyan 14 was significantly lower than that of other treatments. After UV-B 3 h + walnut peel polyphenol treatment, the CAT activity of Jinyan 14 was significantly higher than that of other treatments. The DHA contents of Jinyan 14 treated with UV-B 3 h + walnut peel polyphenols and UV-B 6 h + walnut peel polyphenols were significantly higher than that treated with UV-B 3 h + walnut peel polyphenols. The comprehensive evaluation of the effects of polyphenols in walnut peel on antioxidant activities of different UV-B irradiations on Dingyan 2 and Jinyan 14 was as follows: 12 h > 3 h > 6 h > 0 h;12 h > 3 h > 6 h > 0 h. The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for further studying the processing and utilization of polyphenol extracts from walnut peel, oats breeding, antioxidant mechanism.
