摘要
为了研究紫甘薯花色苷(APSP)中两种主要成分组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ的抗氧化活性,采用鲁米诺化学发光法测定其清除·O2-、·OH和H2O2自由基的能力,结果表明,APSP组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ均具有较强的清除·O2-、·OH和H2O2自由基的能力,且均具有量效关系,在相同的试验条件下,组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ清除O2·-自由基能力稍低于抗坏血酸,组分Ⅰ清除·OH自由基的能力强于抗坏血酸,组分Ⅰ和Ⅱ清除H2O2能力在低浓度时稍低于抗坏血酸,而组分Ⅰ在高浓度时与抗坏血酸相当;APSP组分Ⅰ的抗氧化能力高于APSP组分Ⅱ。
To study the antioxidant activities of Fra Ⅰ and Fra Ⅱ in APSP, in this paper, the scavenging ability on superoxide radical (O2·^-), droxyl (·OH) and H2O2 tested by fluorescence and chemiluminescence. The conclusion is that Fra Ⅰ and Fra Ⅱ of APSP had strong capacity of scavenging O2·^-,· OH and H2O2 without exception in a dose-effect relationship, and in the same condition, lower ability of Fra Ⅰ and Fra Ⅱ of scavenging O2·^-than ascorbic acid, but stronger ability of Fra Ⅰ of scavenging · OH than aseorbic acid; the ability of Fra Ⅰ and Fra Ⅱ of scavenging H2O2 is lower than ascorbic acid under the low concentration,but the ability of Fra Ⅰ of scavenging H2O2 under the high concentration is considerable to ascorbic acid. But antioxidant activity capability of Fra Ⅰ is higher than that of Fra Ⅱ.
