摘要
为筛选出防治玉米叶螨的新型生物农药,采用随机区组试验方法,进行了生物农药5%香芹酚水剂对玉米叶螨的田间药效试验。结果表明,5%香芹酚水剂对玉米叶螨具有良好的防治效果,5%香芹酚水剂500倍使用剂量,药后2、7、10d的防效分别为80.86%、84.17%、87.91%,与对照药剂15%哒螨灵乳油3000倍使用剂量的防效76.62%、80.50%、84.42%差异极显著;5%香芹酚水剂600倍使用剂量,药后2、7和10d的防效分别为77.15%、80.16%、84.08%,与对照药剂15%哒螨灵乳油3000倍使用剂量的防效差异不显著;5%香芹酚水剂500倍和600倍使用后玉米增产率分别为26.36%、18.88%。因此,5%香芹酚水剂可以作为新的生物农药,在玉米叶螨发生初期,使用500~600倍液进行喷雾防治。
In order to screen biopesticide for control maize spider mite,5% carvacrol AS was carried on maize spider mite by randomized test.The results showed that 5% carvacrol AS had good efficiency, the control effect of 5% carvacrol AS(500×) at 2,7 and 10 d reached 80.86%,84.17%,87.91%, respectively, which were significantly different from that of control 15% pyridaben EC(3 000×) whose control effect at 2,7 and 10 d reached 76.62%,80.50%,84.42%, respectively;the control effect of 5% carvacrol AS(600×) at 2,7 and 10 d were 77.15%, 80.16%, 84.08%, respectively, which had no significantly different from that of control 15% pyridaben EC(3 000×);the yield increase rate of corn which used 5% carvacrol AS(500×) and 5% carvacrol AS(600×) were 26.36% and 18.88%, respectively.Therefore, 5% carvacrol AS can be used as a new biological pesticide, and spray with 500-600 times in the early stage of the mite occurrence.
