两种生物制剂对植物寄生线虫防效的室内测定 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]筛选具有较好杀线虫效果的生物杀线虫剂。[方法]使用0.3%印楝素乳油和2.0%的阿维菌素乳油对供试线虫进行了生物测定。[结果]0.3%印楝素乳油的LC50为1.05 g/L,而2.0%的阿维菌素乳油的LC50为1.09 g/L。[结论]0.3%印楝素乳油和2.0%的阿维菌素乳油对植物寄生线虫的致死活性相当。 [ Objective] The study aimed to screen out the biological nematocides with better killing efficiency. [ Method ] It bloassayed the control effects of 0.3 % Azadirachtin and 2.0% Abamectin on plant-parasitic nematade. [ Result ] The LC50 of 0.3% Azadirachtin was 1.05 g/L and the LC50 of 2.0% Abamectin was 1.09 g/L . [ Conclusion] The killing efficiency of 0.3% Azadirachtin on plant-parasitic nematade was corresponded to the 2, 0% Abamectin' s.
