The Application of Seminar-PBL Teaching Method in Clinical Medical Students’ Surgical Skills Training

摘要 目的:探讨Seminar-PBL教学法在临床医学生手术相关技能教学中的应用.方法:随机抽取60名临床医学实习学生,分为对照组30名,实验组30名.对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用Seminar-PBL教学法.实习结束后采用临床技能考核和问卷调查表进行教学效果评估.结果:实验组学生的手术相关技能考核成绩(91.00±4.88)明显优于对照组(78.89±10.53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教学结束后对实验组学生的问卷调查显示84.00%学生对Seminar-PBL教学法满意;73.34%的学生觉得能更深入地学习和理解所学内容.结论:Seminar-PBL教学法有助于提升临床医学生的手术相关技能. [ Objective]To explore the application of Seminar-PBL teaching method in the teaching of clinical medicine related skills.[ Method]A total of 60 clinical medical students were randomly selected and divided into 30 groups in the control group and 30 in the experimental group. The control group was received the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group was taught with the Seminar-PBL combination method. After the clinical practice, the clinical skills assessment and questionnaires were used as evaluation indicators to evaluate the teaching effect.[ Result]The scores of surgery-related skills in the experimental group (91.00±4.88) were significantly better than those in the control group [78.89 ± 10.53], and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). After the end of the teaching, the questionnaire survey of the experimental group showed that 84.00% students were satisfied with the Seminar-PBL method;73.34% of the students felt that they could learn and understand what they have learned more deeply.[Conclusion]The Seminar-PBL method helps to improve the surgical skills of clinical medical students .
