摘要
临床八年制学生的培养目标是高质量的临床医学人才,目前实验诊断学教学主要使用传统的"讲授法",虽然可以系统完成教学内容,但是不利于对学生思维和创新能力的培养。为此,提出教学方法的改革,把PBL和Seminar教学方法相结合,引入到高层次学生的实验诊断学教学中,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,而且培养了学生的独立思考和团队协作能力。
The eight-year clinical medicine education is committed to nurturing high- quality clinical medicine personnel ,currently ,“Lectures” ,a traditional approach mainly adopted in current laboratory diagnosis teaching ,can accomplish the teaching contents systematically ;however ,it fails to develop students’ critical thinking and innovation ability .For this reason ,we propose the reform of teaching methods ：a combination of PBL and Seminar teaching method is applied in teaching talented students laboratory diagnosis .This combined method motivates students’ enthusiasm and cultivates their inde-pendent thinking ability and teamwork skills as well .
