摘要
临床八年制学生的培养目标是高质量的临床医学人才,目前实验诊断学教学主要使用传统的"讲授法",虽然可以系统完成教学内容,但是不利于对学生思维和创新能力的培养。为此,提出教学方法的改革,把PBL和Seminar教学方法相结合,引入到高层次学生的实验诊断学教学中,不仅激发了学生的学习兴趣,而且培养了学生的独立思考和团队协作能力。
The eight-year clinical medicine education is committed to nurturing high- quality clinical medicine personnel ,currently ,“Lectures” ,a traditional approach mainly adopted in current laboratory diagnosis teaching ,can accomplish the teaching contents systematically ;however ,it fails to develop students’ critical thinking and innovation ability .For this reason ,we propose the reform of teaching methods :a combination of PBL and Seminar teaching method is applied in teaching talented students laboratory diagnosis .This combined method motivates students’ enthusiasm and cultivates their inde-pendent thinking ability and teamwork skills as well .
