摘要
基于产教融合的物流管理专业人才培养方案研究是应用型本科物流管理专业实现人才培养目标的关键。基于产教融合的视角从全面系统、能力提升、创新创业与人才培养相融合等方面提出了人才培养方案制订的原则;分析了包括人才培养目标的制定、知识与能力标准的制定、课程体系的设计等主要内容,从组织机构的建立、教学资源的挖掘与完善、师资队伍的建设以及教学模式与方法的变革等方面提出了具体的实施方式。
The research on the talent training scheme of logistics management specialty based on the integration of industry and education is the key to realize the talent training goal of Applied Undergraduate logistics management specialty.From the perspective of integration of industry and education,this paper puts forward the principles of personnel training program formulation from the aspects of comprehensive system,ability improvement,integration of innovation and entrepreneurship and personnel training.This paper analyses the main contents,including the formulation of talent training objectives,the formulation of knowledge and ability standards,and the design of curriculum system.The concrete implementation methods are put forward from the establishment of organization,the excavation and perfection of teaching resources,the construction of teachers and the reformof teaching mode and method.
