摘要 近年来,人工智能技术在教育领域的应用成为热点,学界、产业界、教育实践一线都将人工智能技术视作促进教育公平,提升教育质量,实现教育个性化的重要突破口。本研究首先梳理了教育发展的核心目标,并通过对人工智能技术的分析和当前主要人工智能教育应用实践的讨论,阐述了人工智能技术在教育中的应用前提条件是对规则的清晰需求,而在人才培养过程中,基于传统教育学和心理学的学习者发展规则并不完全明确,尤其是针对学习者的非认知目标的发展。因此,人工智能技术的教育应用,首先必须具备的基本条件是对学习者发展规律的认识,这种认识需要教育、心理、脑科学、系统科学等多学科协同探索,构建出清晰的评量、匹配、干预规则。只有建立有效的规则体系,方能让基于深度学习的人工智能技术具备用武之地,并进一步实现数据分析结果的可解释性,从而为对教育教学服务的干预提供指导。研究预期从教育科学和技术科学融合的视角,为人工智能技术的教育应用提供方向性的建议,并为实现深度人机协同提供理论和策略层面的指导。 In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education has become a hotspot. The academic and industrial practice has both regarded artificial intelligence technology as an important breakthrough to promote education equity, improve education quality, and realize education individualization. This study firstly reviews the core objectives of talent cultivation and then discusses the application of artificial intelligence technology in education through the analysis of artificial intelligence technology and current major educational application practice. In the process of talent cultivation, the rules of learner development in the perspective of traditional pedagogy and psychology are not completely clear, especially for non-cognitive goals. Therefore, the educational application of artificial intelligence technology must first have the clear definition to understand the development of learners. This kind of understanding needs to build a clear assessment by combining multiple disciplines such as education, psychology, brain science, and systems science. Only if the clear rules are built, can artificial intelligence technology be applied to give education explanations and interventions. This study intends to guide both education application and human-computer collaboration in the perspective of learning technology.
