摘要
采用拉伸试验机研究了合肥乐凯科技产业有限公司薄膜事业部几种不同种类,不同含量SiO2的BOPET薄膜。结果表明:SiO2不仅仅在BOPET薄膜里面起到了开口剂的作用,更起到了成核剂,补强剂的作用。常规微米级SiO2,同等粒径下,添加量越高,拉伸强度变化不大,断裂伸长率下降,拉伸模量越高。而纳米级SiO2,则出现另外一种情况,添加量越大,断裂伸长率,拉伸模量均大幅度提高,说明纳米级SiO2在PET膜内起到了成核剂的作用,促进了PET结晶。而微米级SiO2仅仅起到了补强剂的作用,且表观晶点等质量远不如纳米级的SiO2。
Several kinds of BOPET films with different content of SiO2 were studied by tensile test machine in the film business department of Hefei Lucky Technology Industry Co.,Ltd.The results show that SiO2 not only acts as an opening agent in BOPET film,but also as a nucleating agent and reinforcing agent.Under the same particle size,the higher the addition,the smaller the change of tensile strength,the lower the elongation at break and the higher the tensile modulus.However,nano-SiO2 has another situation.The larger the amount of nano-SiO2 is,the higher the elongation at break and the tensile modulus are.It shows that nano-SiO2 plays a role of nucleating agent in PET film and promotes the crystallization of PET.Micron SiO2 only serves as a reinforcing agent,and its apparent crystalline point is far inferior to nano SiO2.
