单甘酯共聚改性聚酯及其薄膜性能研究

摘要 聚酯分子主链上含有过多刚性苯环,导致其薄膜柔韧性不足。聚酯在电池包装应用中极易起翘和开胶,直接影响新能源汽车运行安全。文章选择含有长烃链单甘酯(MG)共聚改性聚酯,以此改善聚酯薄膜柔韧性。结果表明:随着MG含量的增加,共聚改性聚酯(PETM)玻璃化转变温度和熔融温度逐渐降低。当MG的质量分数为5%时,PETM薄膜弹性模量和弯度挺度分别从纯聚酯薄膜的4033 MPa和653 mN降低至3555 MPa和282 mN。材料柔韧性得到显著提升,同时材料表现出较好的绝缘性能和耐湿热老化性能。研究为电池安全提供了解决方案。 The main chain of the polyester molecule contains too many rigid benzene rings,resulting in insufficient flexibility of its film.Polyester is highly susceptible to warping and delamination when used in battery packaging applications,which directly affects the safety of new energy vehicle operations.The article selects monoglyceride(MG)with a long hydrocarbon chain to copolymerize and modify polyester in order to improve the flexibility of polyester film.The results show that with the increase of MG content,the glass transition temperature and melting temperature of the copolymerized modified polyester(PETM)gradually decrease.When the mass fraction of MG is 5%,the elastic modulus and bending stiffness of PETM film are reduced from 4033 MPa and 653 mN of the pure polyester film to 3555 MPa and 282 mN,respectively.The flexibility of the material is significantly enhanced,and the material exhibits good insulation properties and resistance to damp heat aging.The study provides a solution for battery safety.
