采光板材覆膜用BOPET薄膜的研制

摘要 常见的采光板材料主要由不饱和聚酯、聚碳酸酯等树脂混合玻璃纤维材料制成,其主要特性有透光性好、抗撞击性强、可弯曲性强、隔音效果优异等。目前,采光板凭借优异的综合性能,在建筑行业应用广泛。为提高采光板的使用寿命,可以通过对其表面复合一层保护膜的方法来减缓采光板的发黄老化速度。双向拉伸聚酯薄膜(BOPET)具有高强度、高透明、高光泽、良好的耐热、耐油和耐化学品等优良特性,是一种适宜的采光板覆膜材料,但市场上的常规聚酯薄膜与采光板材质之间几乎不具有黏结力且易脱落,从而限制了其在采光板中的应用。为了解决这一难题,研究了聚酯薄膜与树脂材料的复合黏结机理,并探讨了薄膜抗紫外功能的设计与实现,结合工艺和设备的改进,采用多层共挤双向拉伸工艺制得采光板材覆膜用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜。 The common materials for light-transmitting panels are mainly made of unsaturated polyester,polycarbonate and other resins mixed with glass fiber materials.Their main characteristics include good light transmittance,strong impact resistance,strong flexibility and excellent sound insulation effect.Currently,light-transmitting panels are widely used in the construction industry due to their excellent comprehensive performance.To increase the service life of light-transmitting panels,a protective film can be coated on their surface to slow down the yellowing and aging process.Biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate(BOPET)film has excellent properties such as high strength,high transparency,high gloss,good heat resistance,oil resistance and chemical resistance,making it a suitable material for coating light-transmitting panels.However,the conventional polyester films on the market have almost no adhesion to the materials of light-transmitting panels and are prone to peeling off,which limits their application in light-transmitting panels.To solve this problem,this paper studies the composite bonding mechanism of polyester films and resin materials,and explores the design and realization of the anti-ultraviolet function of the film.Combined with the improvement of process and equipment,a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate(BOPET)film for coating light-transmitting panels is produced by the multi-layer co-extrusion biaxial stretching process.
