摘要
通过现场调研和重复试验比对,分析了北方某城市透水混凝土路面质量问题原因并提出了相应对策。结果表明,路基土质不良和垫层处理不当是引起该工程透水路面开裂、脱空的主要原因,雨季大量雨水对路基的冲刷以及窨井的约束作用进一步加剧了破坏的发生;经验证,透水混凝土原材料与配合比能够满足C30设计强度要求,但透水混凝土干燥收缩高于普通混凝土。解决水泥透水混凝土路面的质量问题需要从设计-材料-施工等多角度统筹考量,并在路基、垫层处理和接缝、井盖周边等薄弱环节加强施工,减少透水路面破坏的发生。
Based on site investigation and reproducible experiments,The causes of the quality issues of permeable concrete pavement in a North-China city were analyzed and countermeasures were put forwoard.The results show that poor soil quality and improper treatment of cushion are the main causes of the cracking and void of permeable concrete pavement.During the rainy season,the erosion of the roadbed and the restraint of inspection wells further aggravate the damage.According to the experiment results,the raw material and mix ratio of permeable concrete can meet the design strength requirements of C30,but the dry shrinkage of permeable concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete.In order to solve the quality issues of permeable concrete pavement,solving the quality issues of permeable concrete pavement needs to be considered from the perspectives of design,materials and construction.And strengthen the construction in the weak links such as subgrade,cushion treatment and joint,and around manhole covers to reduce the damage of the permeable concrete pavement.
