摘要 目的为了研究透水混凝土强度的影响因素,配制出强度高于30MPa并满足透水要求(透水系数不低于1mm/s)的路面材料.方法采用轻型击实密实方法,利用粗集料的级配试验及改变砂率试验进行平行对比,确定最佳级配,根据水灰质量比与强度及透水系数关系曲线,确定合理的水灰质量比.结果随着锤击次数的增加,透水混凝土的强度及体密度增大,当达到18次后,强度及体密度趋于稳定;粗集料存在最佳级配,当采用5~10mm、5~25mm两种集料质量比为1:1时,空隙率最低;保证透水混凝土透水能力的同时,随着细集料掺量的增大,透水混凝土的强度也增大,最佳砂率为20%;当保持水泥用量不变,随着水灰质量比的增大,透水混凝土强度先增大后减小;水灰质量比存在最佳范围,本研究最佳水灰质量比0.26.结论采用分层锤击的密实方式,选择最优的级配,保证透水能力的前提下控制细集料的掺量及水灰质量比,可以配制出强度高于30MPa的透水混凝土,满足透水路面面层要求. On the basis of studying factors that affects porous concrete strength, prepared surface materials with compressive strength more than 30 MPa and meet requirements of permeability modulus more than 1 mm/s. Light strike is used to dense, using coarse aggregate level test and changing the quantity of small aggregate test, determining the best coarse aggregate level. Reasonable water cement ratio has been determined according to relations curve between water cement ratio and the intensity and the permeability modulus; Stamping times increase as the strength and body density of porous concrete increase, when reaching 18, strength and body density stabilized; coarse aggregate exists the best level, when the proportion of the quantity of 5-10 mm and 5-25 mm coarse aggregates achieves 1:1, the void rate is minimum; make sure the permeability capacity, with the quantity of small aggregates increasing, the strength of porous concrete also increased, the best quantity of sands is 20 % of coarse aggregate; when the quantity of cement remain unchanged, with the water cement ratio increasing, the strength of porous concrete increases after the first reduction; Best water cement ratio in this research is 0.26;The premise to make sure permeability capacity, stamping is well used as dense manner, the choice of optimal allocation and controlling the quantity of sands and water cement ratio. It is inevitable to confect porous concrete with intensity more than 30 MPa and permeability capacity meeting requirements.
