摘要
以部队装备人才的急需为牵引,针对部队的岗位需求和任职特点,开展以装备功能原理为基础,以装备操作、战术运用及技术维护等为重点的装备教学,不断探索装备教学在岗位任职培训中的新思想、新手段,以能打胜仗的紧迫感和使命感贴近实战,开展好装备教学工作,培养适应现代化军事斗争的合格军事人才。
With the urgent need of military equipment talents as the traction,the equipment teaching is carried out on the basis of equipment function principle,focusing on equipment operation,tactical application and technical maintenance,and constantly exploring new ideas and new means of equipment teaching in post post training according to the post demand and post characteristics of the army.In order to win the sense of urgency and mission close to actual combat,carry out good equipment teaching work,training qualified military personnel to adapt to the modern military struggle.
