摘要
为进一步把握装备教学规律,提高新装备教学质量,在对学院任职教育的特点、实施方法以及任职教育对教员队伍素质要求分析的基础上,重点对如何在装备教学中加强实践环节进行了深入研究,为下一步深化任职教育改革,搞好新装备教学打好理论基础.
In order to grasp the rules of equipment teaching and improve the quality of new equipment teaching, the emphasis on how to strengthen the practice process of equipment teaching was dealt with further, based on analyzing the features of post education and its implementation schemes as well as the requirements for teaching staff＇s making in our academy, which lays well a theoretical basis for deepening the reform of post education and improving the new equipment teaching.
