赞比亚Chibuluma铜矿深孔崩矿采矿工艺与分层充填法的联用 被引量:12

The Combination of Deep Hole Caving Mining Technology with Sublevel Filling Method of Chibuluma Copper Mine in Zambia

摘要 齐布鲁马铜矿位于非洲铜矿带东南端赞比亚境内,属缓倾斜、中厚、条带状沉积矿床,初期采用分层充填采矿法开采,人员在矿岩顶板下作业,浮石片冒常发生,安全隐患大,且存在采矿效率低的问题。为实现该矿体安全、高效回采,引入深孔崩矿回采工艺与分层充填法联用,可实现一次回采5个分层即整个分段,多中段同时回采。目前,齐布鲁马矿年产量大幅提升,达到60万t/a,贫化率为22%,回采率为72.2%。 Chibuluma Copper Mine is located in southeast of Africa Copper Belt in Zambia.It is a gently inclined,medium-thick and banded sedimentary deposit.In the early stage,with the sublevel filling mining method,the mining staffs worked under the loose roof,and rock fall accidents often occurred,having great safety risks and low mining efficiency.In order to realize the safe and efficient mining production,the combination of deep-hole caving mining technology with sublevel filling method was adopted.This method can stope five stratifications once,namely the whole section,and simultaneously stope in multiple middle sections.Currently the annual output of Chibuluma Copper Mine has been increased to 600000 t/a,with a dilution rate of 22%and recovery rate of 72.2%.
