摘要
为适应贵州某金矿充填采矿法开采的需要,进行了全尾砂胶结充填系统建设的研究。首先,对充填尾砂的密度、容重、孔隙比等物理性质、粒度分布进行了测定和分析;其次,制定了尾砂浆浓密充填连续制备工艺方案、压滤尾砂充填间断膏体制备工艺方案两种方案;最后,对这两种方案从工艺、投资及运行成本等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:全尾砂-200目含量为95%,属于超细尾砂;充填能力50~60 m^(3)/h,每天充填7 h,充填料浆质量浓度为60%,即满足矿山生产对充填系统能力的要求;考虑到充填系统投资、充填成本、技术可靠性等方面,优选尾砂浆浓密充填连续制备工艺方案为该金矿超细尾砂充填最佳方案。实际建成的充填系统运行至今系统顺畅,充填效果良好。
In order to meet the needs of filling mining method in a gold mine in Guizhou,the construction of full tailings cemented filling system was studied.Firstly,the physical properties such as density,bulk density,void ratio and particle size distribution of filling tailings were measured and analyzed.Secondly,the continuous preparation process scheme of tailings slurry dense filling and the discontinuous paste preparation process scheme of pressing tailings filling were formulated.Finally,the two schemes were compared and analyzed from the aspects of process,investment and operation cost.The results show that-200 mesh content of whole tailings is 95%,belonging to ultra-fine tailings.When the filling capacity is 50-60 m^(3)/h,filling time is 7 h/d and the filling slurry mass concentration is 60%,it can meet the requirements of mine production for the capacity of filling system.Considering the investment of filling system,filling cost and technical reliability,the optimum continuous preparation process of tailings slurry dense filling is selected as the optimum scheme of ultra-fine tailings filling.The actual filling system has been running so far,the system is smooth and the filling effect is good.
