摘要
随着三医联动及相关医疗支付方式改革的不断发展,医院为进行成本管理,同时大型医疗设备作为医院的最大占比的固定资产之一,定期对其进行效益分析,可为促进医院大型医疗设备的效益以及实现卫生资源的合理配置提供依据。根据现有文献选取相应的指标,对该三级公立医院的大型医疗设备进行效益分析,发现该三级公立医院大型医疗设备因购进日期不同及种类不同,其使用情况和经济效益存在不同,这可作为医院购置及使用大型医疗设备的必要依据。建议医院应定期实施大型医疗设备的效益分析,大型医疗设备的使用实行责任追究制,重视大型医疗设备的管理并对相应的管理办法进行优化,同时健全大型医疗设备的相关制度。
With the continuous development of the reform of the three medical linkages and related medical payment methods,hospitals carry out cost management,and at the same time,large-scale medical equipment is one of the largest fixed assets of the hospital,and regular analysis of its benefits can promote large-scale medical treatment in hospitals.Provide the basis for the benefits of the equipment and the rational allocation of health resources.According to the existing literature,the corresponding indicators were selected to analyze the benefits of the large-scale medical equipment of the three-level public hospitals.It was found that the large-scale medical equipment of the three-level public hospitals had different usage and economic benefits due to different purchase dates and different types.This can be used as a necessary basis for hospitals to purchase and use large medical equipment.It is recommended that hospitals should regularly implement the benefit analysis of large-scale medical equipment,implement the accountability system for the use of large-scale medical equipment,pay attention to the management of large-scale medical equipment and optimize the corresponding management methods,and improve the relevant systems of large-scale medical equipment.
