摘要
医疗设备的经济效益情况是医院经济管理的重要论题。单项医疗设备经济效益分析方法的研究对于提高医疗设备使用效率,降低运行成本具有实际意义。在这里,我们以我院医疗设备使用和管理的实际情况为背景,以简单可行作为出发点,总结一套单项医疗设备经济效益分析方法的研究方案,并从工作基础和条件、研究内容和途径、预期目标和工作步骤几个方面解析论述,力求找到一条简明的数据统计和分析的思路,希望在实际运用和理论分析的反复过程中,能够不断完善医疗设备经济效益分析方法的实用性和科学性,使之更有效应用于实际工作。
The economic benefit of medical equipment is a very important topic of hospital management. The research of analysis method of economic benefit of the monomial medical equipment is meaningful for improving the efficiency of medical equipment as well as lowering their operational cost. Herein, based on the usage and management of our hospital＇ s medical equipment, we summarize a set of simple and feasible research method of analyzing the economic benefit of the monomial medical equipment on the following items, such as the basis and condition, content and approach, object and process. Aimed at finding a shortcut for the statistic and analysis of datum, we hope, in the process of practical exertion and theoretical analysis, we could consummate the analysis method of economic benefit of the hospital medical equipment and make it practical, scientific and effective to the actual work.
