摘要
目的调查护理人员院内继续教育培训现状、学习态度及其影响因素。方法将2016年1月至2017年12月我院就职的200名临床护理人员作为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式了解其院内继续教育培训现状、学习态度,并分析其影响因素。结果85.50%的护理人员接受过内科继续教育培训,培训内容中专业知识占91.00%;考核方式中小组讨论占55.00%,考试占61.00%;有65%的护理人员1年参加6~20次培训。护理人员“改良学习态度问卷表”评分中,认识水平(4.21±0.56)分,情感体验(3.81±0.53)分,行为倾向(3.39±0.52)分,总得分(11.55±1.25)分。经分析发现,不同工作年限、职称、考核成绩、付费方式的护理人员学习态度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),工作年限<2年、主管护师及以上、优秀、完全自费在同组中得分均最高(P<0.05)。结论我院护理人员院内继续教育培训现状学习态度较好,对培训重要性的认识水平较高,但行为倾向较低,工作年限、职称、考核成绩及付费方式均与其学习态度相关。
Objective To investigation the status quo, learning attitude and influencing factors of continuing education in nursing staff at the hospital. Methods To select 200 clinical nursing staff who worked in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 as the study subjects. The questionnaire survey was used to understand the status quo and learning attitude of continuing education in the hospital among these staff, and to analyze the influencing factors. Results A total of 85.50% of the nursing staff received the continuing education in the department. The professional knowledge accounted for 91.00% in the training content. The group discussion accounted for 55.00% in the assessment method, and the examination accounted for 61.00%. There was 65% of the nursing staff that participated in 6 to 20 times of training within one year. In the scores of "reformed learning attitude questionnaire", the recognition level of the nursing staff was (4.21±0.56) points, the emotional experience was (3.81±0.53) points, the behavioral tendency was ( 3.39 ±0.52) points, and the total score was (11.55±1.25) points. Analysis showed that the difference in learning attitude scores of nursing staff with different working years, professional titles, assessment scores and payment methods was statistically significant( P <0.05). Nursing staff with working time <2 years, professional titles at or above the supervisor, excellent examination result, and completely self-funded had the highest scores in the same group( P <0.05). Conclusion The attitude status of continuing education training in nursing staff in our hospital is good. They have relatively high level of understanding of the importance of training. However, the behavior tends is too low. The working years, professional titles, assessment results and payment methods are all related to their learning attitude.
