摘要
目的:了解重庆市护士护理软技能的现状,为提高护理服务质量提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的护理软技能测评量表,随机抽取重庆市8家医院护士,加入儿童医院ICU专科护士培训班学员30名,共725名护士进行调查。结果:(1)不同年龄、受聘形式、工作年限、职称、行政职务和科室的护士的护理软技能存在差异(P<0.05)。(2)在年龄为31~40岁组、工作年限为11~15年、副主任护师以上职称、行政职务为护理部主任、科室为精神科的护士护理软技能得分最高。(3)年龄从≤20岁组到41~50岁组,组织管理技能和自我管理技能呈增加趋势,但≥51岁组却减少;正编护士护理软技能高于合同聘用制护士;组织管理技能和自我管理技能随着工作年限增加、行政职务提升而增加;人际关系、职业情操和认知技能与科室有关。结论:重庆市护士护理软技能在年龄、受聘形式、工作年限、职称、行政职务和科室上存在差异。建议通过培训加强护理软技能。
Objective:To investigate the situation of nursing soft skills of nurses in Chongqing,to provide evidence for improving nursing quality.Methods:Totally 725 nurses(including nurses from 8 hospitals in Chongqing and 30 on the training class of ICU specializing nurse in Children's Hospital)were investigated by the self-designed scale.Results:(1) There were differences(P〈0.05) in nursing soft skills among different ages,forms of employment,working years,professional titles,administrative posts and the departments.(2)Nurses who scored the highest were those in their thirties,with working years of 11~15,vice professor and above,nursing directors,and in psychiatric department.(3)Organization and management skills and self-management skills showed an increasing trend from ≤ 20-year-old group to 41~50 years old group,while that decreased in the ≥51-year-old group.The soft skills of nurses scored higher than those of contract nurses.Organization and management skills and self-management skills increased with working years and administrative posts.There was relevance among interpersonal relationships,professional sentiment,cognitive skills and departments.Conclusion:There are differences(P〈0.05) in nursing soft skills of nurses of different ages,forms of employment,working years,professional titles,administrative posts and the departments in Chongqing.This survey suggests that nursing soft skills could be enhanced by training.
