摘要
目的探讨基层医院在职护士继续教育对护士护理技能的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2018年6月我院的210名在职护士作为对照组,选取2019年7月至2019年9月我院的340名在职护士作为观察组。对照组未参与继续教育,观察组参与规范化在职护士继续教育。比较两组在职护士的护理质量评分;分析在职护士继续教育效果与护士专业技能的相关性;比较两组在职护士的自主学习能力评分。结果观察组在职护士的理论知识、护理操作、患者护理、护理文书评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,OSCE考核总分与理论知识、护理操作、患者护理、护理文书评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。观察组在职护士的自我动机信念、任务分析、自我监控及调节、自我评价评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基层医院在职护士继续教育对护士护理技能的影响显著,可有效提高护理质量和自主学习能力。
Objective To explore the effect of continuing education of in-service nurses in primary hospitals on nurses'nursing skills.Methods A total of 210 in-service nurses in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2018 were selected as control group,and 340 in-service nurses in our hospital from July 2019 to September 2019 were selected as observation group.The control group did not participate in continuing education,while the observation group participated in standardized continuing education for in-service nurses.The nursing quality scores of the in-service nurses in the two groups were compared;the correlation between the continuing education effect of the in-service nurses and the professional skills of the nurses was analyzed;and the scores of the autonomous learning ability of the in-service nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,nursing operation,patient care and nursing documents of in-service nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the total score of OSCE was positively correlated with the scores of theoretical knowledge,nursing operation,patient care and nursing documents(P<0.05).The scores of self-motivation and belief,task analysis,self-monitoring and regulation,and self-evaluation of in-service nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing education of in-service nurses in primary hospitals has a significant impact on nurses'nursing skills,and can effectively improve nursing quality and autonomous learning ability.
