摘要
目的 对某市12家三级综合医院2017年临床路径管理质量进行综合评价,了解临床路径管理水平和实施效果,为评价临床路径管理工作提供客观依据。方法 选取某市12家三级综合医院2017年临床路径管理的相关统计数据,利用层次分析法(AHP)计算指标体系各维度的权重,运用Topsis法对临床路径管理进行综合评价。结果 H12医院的临床路径管理质量评价最好(C=0.499748542),H4医院评价最差(C=0.498139597),且12家医院的C值差距不大,与各医院实际情况相符。结论 应用AHP-Topsis法对临床路径管理质量进行综合评价,结果真实可信,对评价临床路径管理质量,创新临床路径管理方法、手段具有一定的导向作用。
Objective to understand the clinical pathway management level and implementation effects and to provide an objective basis for evaluating clinical pathway management through comprehensive evaluation of the quality of clinical pathway management among 12 tertiary comprehensive hospitals in a city in 2017. Methods The statistical data of the quality of clinical pathway management in 12 tertiary comprehensive hospitals in a city in 2017 were selected. The weights of each index of the evaluation system were calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the Topsis method was used to establish a model to comprehensively evaluate clinical pathway management. Results Among the 12 hospitals included in this study, the H12 hospital showed the best performance in the evaluation of clinical path management quality (C=0.499748542);however, the H4 hospital performed the worst (C=0.498139597). There is no significant difference among the C values of each hospital, which was consistent with the actual situation. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of the quality of clinical pathway management based on AHP-Topsis method is proved to be authentic and credible. It is proved to have a certain guiding effect on evaluating the quality of clinical pathway management and on innovating the means and methods of clinical pathway management.
