摘要
目的:研究国家卫生健康技术推广应用信息服务平台的优化升级方案,为卫生健康技术推广工作提供信息化支撑。方法:分析国家卫生健康技术推广应用信息服务平台(简称国家信息服务平台)的建设思路、建设内容及平台架构,评价平台的应用功能与效果,分析其存在问题,提出信息服务平台的优化升级措施。结果:国家信息服务平台从强化顶层设计、转型升级平台建设、加强技术资源的汇聚共享和开发利用、提高网络安全保障能力以及加大经费投入力度等方面优化升级,具备卫生健康技术推广工作所需功能,能够推动卫生健康技术推广工作的信息共享和高效管理;提高了信息服务平台的服务能力。结论:信息服务平台的优化升级有助于完善国家信息服务平台的顶层设计,丰富服务功能和服务内容,加大推广应用力度和资金人员保障力度,有效提高国家卫生健康技术推广工作的能力。
Objective:To put forward the measures to optimize and upgrade the national health technology promotion and application information service platform.Methods:The approach to establishing the platform,content to be established and the framework of the platform were descripted,the application functions and effects of the platform were assessed,analysis of the existing problems were analyzed,and the corresponding optimization of the platform was proposed.Results:The platform had the functions required for the promotion of health technology and could promote the information sharing and efficient management of health technology promotion.The service ability of the platform could be improved by strengthening the top-level design,transforming and upgrading the construction of the platforms,enhancing the aggregation,sharing,development and utilization of technical resources,improving the capability to guarantee cyber security,and increasing fund investment,etc..Conclusion:The exploration,optimization and upgrading of the platform development practice can help solve the problems existing in the platform such as imperfect top-level design,incomplete functions,insufficient service contents,and weak efforts in promotion and application as well as insufficient funds and personnel guarantees,so as to improve the platform’s ability to support technology promotion.
