摘要
刀尖圆弧半径对加工精度、切削力等切削参数有重要影响,而主偏角会直接影响切削变形和切削力,切削层参数是衡量切削刃上切削力大小、切屑的形状和尺寸以及表面粗糙度的重要参数.为了研究车刀刀尖圆弧半径对切削变形及实际主偏角的影响,构建了刀具要素间的几何关系.根据切削深度和刀尖圆弧半径大小,将切削条件划分为3种,分别计算了3种切削条件下切削层面积与实际主偏角的大小,并且用实验验证刀尖圆弧半径会导致主偏角变小.
The tool nose radius has an important influence on the machining precision,cutting force and other cutting parameters,and the approach angle will directly affect the cutting deformation and the change of cutting force,and the cutting layer parameters are important parameters to measure the cutting force size,the shape and size of the chip and the surface roughness on the cutting edge.In order to study the influence of the turning tool nose radius on the cutting deformation and the actual approach angle,the geometrical relationship between the tool elements is established,and according to the cutting depth and the tool nose radius,the cutting conditions are divided into three kinds,and the size of the cutting area and the actual approach angle under three cutting conditions are calculated respectively.And the experiment verifies that the tool nose radius will cause the approach angle to become smaller.
