摘要
通过DEFORM软件模拟,研究了零件机械加工过程中切削速度、切削深度和进给量对切削力的影响,切削用量、切削深度和走力量对零件表面质量的影响。
Any machine is assembled by several parts or components,the cutting quality of parts can affect the performance and life of parts,and then affect the performance of the general machine.This article introduces the influence of cutting parameters on the cutting accuracy and surface quality.We should choose the appropriate cutting parameters in order to get higher cutting quality.
