摘要
为提高细长薄壁管件的加工精度,提出了细长薄壁管件车削加工变形量的计算方法,为实现细长薄壁管件的数控实时补偿加工提供了依据。首先对细长薄壁管件在加工过程中受力边界分析,基于虚功原理和大变形理论,建立细长薄壁管件在径向切削力作用下的变形量计算模型,分析变形量随工况条件因素(切削位置、切削力、工件壁厚、工件长度和工件直径)对变形量的影响规律,进一步推导出在径向切削力作用下变形量的计算公式,为现场快速计算实时补偿量提供方法。
In this paper, put forward the computing method of the deformation of thin -walled slender tube(TST) during turning, to offer basis of the TST' s real - time compensation to improve the TST' s machining precision. Analyze the boundary condition of the TST' s lathe process, and build the deformation com- puting model based on principle of virtual work and large - deformation theory. And also analyze de- formation change rule affected by machining process condition factors, such as: cutting position, cutting force, work - piece thickness, length and diameter. Deduce the calculation formula of the deformation under radius cutting force. Provide a method to compute the compensation value.
