摘要
2016年年初,南方地区发生大范围的雨雪冰冻过程,被预报为“超级寒潮”。研究1月18-24日“超级寒潮”条件下湖南电网的一次覆冰过程。该次覆冰过程发生前,西伯利亚地区高空出现横槽,副高逐渐北抬,冷暖气流交汇形成锋面逆温。低空等压面的湿度场和风场配合了覆冰过程的演变。厄尔尼诺事件可能通过遥相关影响了该次覆冰过程。线路覆冰滞后于天气形势的变化,可能是由冻雨发生滞后于天气形势、数据统计方法差异等原因引起的。该次过程的天气系统从湘北移至湘东南地区需要近1d时间。在整体减弱的覆冰环境条件下,仍可能出现局地覆冰加重。具有针对性的覆冰过程天气形势分析为完善覆冰发生规律提供了基础,有利于电网抗冰策略的精细化。
In the early 2016,a wide range of sleet freezing process called Super Cold Wave(SCW) happens in the south of China.This paper studies an icing process of Hunan power grid from 18 January to January 24 under the SCW.Before the icing progress,a transversal trough exists over the Siberia horizontal trough.The subtropical high expands to the north gradually,and temperature air currents form a frontal inversion in the south of China.Along with the change of circulation situation,the humidity and wind field of 850 hpa isobaric surface also creats a good condition to evaluate the icing process.In addition,the El Nino events influence the ice coating process by its teleconnection.The statistical line-icing situation lags the change of the weather because of the lagging development of freezing rain,and the differences between statistical models.Moreover,nearly 1 day is necessary for the weather variation moved from north Hunan to southeast Hunan.The local icing would be also strengthened in such an overall weaken environment.This weather situation analysis of icing process not only provides fundamentals for research study,but also improves the delicacy ant-icing strategy.
