摘要
以聚醚多元醇、聚丙二醇(PPG)和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,通过添加催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡和扩链剂1,4-丁二醇制备了固化快、强度适中、延展性良好的聚氨酯电子封装胶。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪分析了聚氨酯电子封装胶的结构和热稳定性能,考察了TDI与PPG摩尔比、聚醚多元醇与聚氨酯预聚体质量比、催化剂、扩链剂及其用量对聚氨酯电子封装胶力学性能及固化速率的影响。结果表明:在PPG相对分子质量为1000、n(TDI)∶n(PPG)=2∶1、m(聚醚多元醇)∶m(聚氨酯预聚体)=0.6、扩链剂1,4-丁二醇用量为3%时,聚氨酯电子封装胶的拉伸强度达到5.8MPa,断裂伸长率大于900%;催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡用量为0.3%,固化时间小于40min时,聚氨酯电子封装胶耐热性能良好。
A kind of polyurethane electronic packaging adhesive with fast curing, moderate strength and good ductility was prepared.The main agent of the adhesive was prepared by polyether polyol and polyurethane prepolymer, which were produced by 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate(TDI) and polypropyleneglycol( PPG).Dibutyltin dilaurate was used as a catalyst, and 1,4-butanediol was used as a chain extender. This experiment explored that how the mechanical properties and curing rate of adhesive was influenced by the structure of polyurethane prepolymer, polyether polyols/ polyurethane prepolymer component ratio, the catalyst and chain extender. The results showed that, when molecular weight of PPG was 1000,TDI: PPG = 2: 1‘component m ( polyether polyols): m ( polyurethane prepolymer)= 6 : 10, the content of 1,4-butanediol was 3 %,and the dosage of dibutyltin dilaurate was 0. 3%, the elongation at break was greater than 900%,the tensile strength reached 5. 8MPa.In addition,the curing time was no more than 40 minutes,and it had good heat resistance.
