摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二乙醇胺(DEOA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为原料,合成了光固化超支化聚氨酯(UV-HPU)。结果表明:随着HEA含量的增加,树脂的热稳定性能、柔韧性和阻尼性能均有所提高;当w(HEA)=40%时,树脂的阻尼性能最好,tanδ峰值达到最大值(0.76),其力学性能接近甚至超过国内外同类产品。
An UV-curable hyperbranched polyurethane(UV-HPU) was synthesized with toluene-2,4- diisocyanate (TDI), diethanolamine (DEOA) and hydroxyethylacrylate (HEA) as raw materials. The results showed that the some properties(such as thermal stability, flexible and damping property) of UV-HPU were enhanced with increasing HEA contents. The resin had best damping property, maximal peak value(0.76) of tan 8, and better mechanics properties because the mechanics properties approach or exceed like product at home and abroad when the mass fraction of HEA was 40%.
