摘要
通过对电解锌阳极板镀层的研究,发现阳极板表面先经过PbO2的沉积后再在高温下进行MnO2的沉积,极板表面镀层附着力强,不易脱落,极板腐蚀速率仅为2.6g·m-2·h-1,电解锌的电流效率高,电化学实验进一步说明了此条件下阳极板的防腐蚀能力优异,相对腐蚀速率仅为7.6%。
Through the study of electrolytic zinc anode plate coating, it was found that the surface of the anode plate was first deposited with lead dioxide and then deposited with manganese dioxide at high temperature. The coating on the surface of the anode plate had strong adhesion and was not easy to fall off. The corrosion rate of the anode plate was only 2.6 g·m-2·h-1. The current efficiency of electrolytic zinc was high. The electrochemical experiments further showed that the anode plate had excellent corrosion resistance and relative corrosion rate under this condition. Only 7.6 %.
