摘要
以湘西某电解锌厂的锌电解液为原料,用碳酸钠为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌粉体。考察了反应物浓度、反应温度、前驱体碱式碳酸锌热分解温度及时间对纳米氧化锌粒径大小的影响。采用TG/DTA、激光粒度仪、XRD、TEM等测试手段对前驱体的热分解情况、产品的粒径、颗粒形状及晶型结构进行检测。结果表明,所得产品为六方晶系氧化锌,形貌为棒形,平均粒径为25 nm。所设计工艺可得到化学指标符合GB/T 19589-2004国家标准的纳米氧化锌粉体,且操作简便易行,对设备、技术要求不高,成本低,易于工业化生产。
Nanometer zinc oxide powder has been prepared by direct precipitation method using zinc electrolyte as raw material from a factory in Xiangxi and Na2CO3 as precipitator. The effect of various factors such as reactive concentration, reaction temperature, thermal decomposition temperature and time of basic zinc carbonate precursor on the particle size of nanometer ZnO was investigated systematically. The thermal decomposition process of the precursor was investigated by DTA- TG. The particle size measurement, XRD, TEM were used to characterize the structure, state and size of ZnO particle. The result shows the crystal system of this ZnO nanoparticle is hexagonal with rod shape and average particle size about 25 nm. The technology designed can gain nano - ZnO powder that can reach the standard of HG/T19589- 2004,its operation simple,its request not high equipment and technique,its cost low, and industry production is easy.
