The Effect of Impurities on the Current Efficiency in Zinc Electrowining

摘要 研究了锌电积过程中杂质行为及其相互反应对电流效率的影响.在较高酸度下,电积过程中可接受的杂质浓度显著降低.在电解液含Zn45g/L,酸120g/L时,对锌电积发生明显影响的杂质含量范围为:砷、锑≥0.3~04mg/L,锗≥0.04mg/L。 In this paper, the effects of impurities on the current efficiency in zinc electrowinning were investigated. The acceptable concentration of impurities were decreased a great deal when the acid concentration was high. The concentraton ranges of impurities that affected zinc electrowinging considerably were 0.3-0.4 mg / L As and Sb, 0.04 mg / L Ge and 3 ̄5 mg / L Co for the solution containing 45 g / L Zn and 120 g / H2SO4. The structure and photograph of the deposits were given.
