摘要
从“达如其分”以及戏曲翻译的可表演性原则的角度对比分析了《牡丹亭》三个英文译本中谐音双关的翻译,经研究发现,译文主要采用了等效翻译、转换翻译和部分翻译三种方法。就可表演性而言,等效翻译最佳,转换翻译次之,部分翻译则失去了表演过程中的诙谐幽默感。
This paper compares and analyzes the homophonic puns in the three English translation versions of Mu Dan Ting from the perspective of"being properly"and the performability principle of opera translation.In terms of performability,equivalent translation is the best,conversion translation is the second,and some translation has lost the humorous sense of humor during the performance.
