摘要
目的:探讨应用复方三黄液中医护理在胫骨远端(Pilon)骨折早期肿胀与疼痛中应用的护理效果。方法:将2015年1月-2017年12月收住院治疗70例Pilon骨折的患者应用随机数字表法随机分配为对照组或试验组,每组35例,对照组采用基础护理、冰敷、七叶皂苷钠消肿,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用冰镇复方三黄外敷护理。于第3天、第7天分别测量对比两组患者肿胀程度及疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)。结果:入院后第3及7天,两组患者足踝部肿胀程度及疼痛情况均照组均有明显改善,试验组改善情况优于对照组。结论:复方三黄液外敷能够有效改善Pilon骨折早期肿胀和减轻局部疼痛,具备良好的中医临床护理应用及推广价值。
Objective: To investigate efficacy of TCM nursing with Fufang Sanhuang liquid (复方三黄液) on early swelling and pain in Pilon fracture. Methods: January 2015 - December 2017, 70 acses were divided into 2 groups, 35 cases in each. The control group was given basic nursing, ice and sodium aescinate;and the experimental group was given ice external application of Fufang Sanhuang liquid. Results: At 3 and 7 days after treatment, the degree of swelling and pain of the ankle and foot in both groups were significantly improved, and the improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: TCM nursing with Fufang Sanhuang liquid on early swelling and pain in Pilon fracture shows good effects, and is worthy of promotion.
