摘要
目的:探讨高原地区Pilon骨折小切口有限内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:对31例Pilon骨折患者采用小切口有限内固定治疗并获得随访。结果:按TaKaKura评分标准得出结果:优15例,良10例,差6例。优良率80.6%。骨折畸形愈合2例,向前、外侧成角,踝穴倾斜;骨折不愈合2例;2例ⅢA型开放性骨折,胫骨内侧皮瓣坏死,骨折延迟愈合;3例踝关节伸屈活动度未达到正常范围。4例发生踝关节创伤性关节炎。结论:小切口有限内固定治疗高原地区Pilon骨折是有效的临床方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the limited intrafixation therapy under minimalincision for Pilon fracture in plateau region.Methods： Follow up of 31 patients with Pilon fracture that underwent limited intrafixation therapy with minimalincision was conducted.Results： According to the standard of TaKaKura,15 cases were evaluated as excellent outcomes,10 as good,1 and 6 as poor showing an excellent and good rate of 80.6%.Malformation unions were observed in 2 cases,in which the repaired bones formed angles;bone union failed in 2 cases,and delayed in other 2 ⅢA compound fracture cases.Motor function of ankle failed to be normal in 3 caes,and traumatic arthritities of ankle was shown in 4 cases.Conclusions： Limited intrafixation therapy with minimalincision is effective on Pilon fracture in plateau region
