摘要
指甲具有美观、保护指端及抓握精细物品等功能,但甲床质地较脆容易受损。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高、审美意识的增强,诸多的甲床损伤患者要求修复,以保证手外形美观,因此甲床损伤的修复越来越受到关注。传统的甲床损伤修复方法为缝合线缝合,凡士林纱布覆盖,无菌敷料包扎,术后甲床愈合常不平整,新生长的甲板常有纵嵴、粗糙,甚至甲板畸形,若甲床缺损面积较大时,需行残端修整术,严重影响手的外观和功能。目前,临床上有多种新型甲床损伤修复材料,如缝合线替代物医用胶,甲床替代物皮耐克、创必复以及甲板替代物输液管、家鹅羽轴根等,能够良好地修复甲床恢复手部外观和功能。本文就甲床损伤修复的新型材料做一综述。
The nail has the functions of beautiful appearance, protection of fingertips,and grasping of fine objects. The texture of the nail bed is brittle and easily damaged.In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards and the enhancement of aesthetic consciousness, many patients with nail bed injuries need to repair the nail bed to ensure the beautiful appearance of the hand. Therefore, the repair of nail bed damage has attracted more and more attention. The traditional methods of repairing nail bed injury are suture suture,Vaseline gauze covering and sterile dressing. The healing of the nail bed after operation is often uneven. The newly grown deck often has longitudinal ridge, rough, and even deck of deformity. If the area of the nail bed defect is large, stump repair is needed, which seriously affects the appearance and function of the hand.At present,there are many new types of nail bed repair materials in clinic, such as suture substitute medical glue, nail bed substitute skin Nike, Chuangbifu, deck substitute infusion tube, goose feather axle root and so on, which can restore the appearance and function of the hand. This paper reviewed the new materials for nail bed repair.
