摘要
目的了解国人手指指甲甲床与甲根的长度比值,以探索手指远端损伤指甲的再生与扩大成形的理论依据。方法取30具成人尸体手标本300指,用精度为0.2mm的工业用游标卡尺,先测量甲床长度(即甲体下甲床的长度),再用尖刀沿甲近侧皱襞中线纵行向近心侧切开至甲根近缘以近5mm,露出完整的甲根,测量甲根近侧缘至甲皱襞游离缘的距离即甲床根长度。结果各指甲根长度(以mm为长度单位),左右拇指分别为4.60±1.06、4.41±0.98,示指分别为4.29±1.01、4.23±0.89,中指分别为4.59±1.04、4.46±0.96,环指分别为4.06±0.93、4.59±0.88,小指分别为4.31±0.86、4.17±0.84。结论统计学处理分析左右手各同名指甲体与甲根长度无显著差异(P>0.05),为指远端损伤采用残存甲根重建甲床再生指甲及指甲扩大成形术提供了可靠的数据及理论基础。
Objective To discover the rate of length between nail-bed and nail-root of Chinese fingernail and explore the theory of nail regeneration and nail modify.Methods First,the length of nail-bed were measured in300fingers of30adults,with the vernier caliper at the precision of0.2mm.Then,we measured the distance from the near-end of nail-root to the free edge of the nail plica,after exposing the total nail-root by cutting the skin on the nail-root along the middle line of the nail plica,from the free edge to the point 5mm over the near-end of nail-root.Results The measurement were as follows:thumb:4.06±1.06mm(left),4.41±0.98mm(right);index finger:4.29±1.01mm(left),4.23±0.89mm(right);middle finger:4.59±1.04mm(left),4.46±0.96mm(right);ring finger:4.06±0.93mm(left),4.59±0.88mm(right);little finger:4.31±0.86mm(left),4.17±0.84mm(right).Conclusion The length of nail-bed and nail-root of the same finger has no significant statistically difference between the left hand and right (P>0.05).The study can give the reliable data and theory in the operation of nail-bed reconstruction by the remnant nail-root after fingertip injury or the operation of nail-modify.
