摘要
目的:分析传统针灸联合药物治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及患者满意度情况。方法:选取笔者医院2017年10月-2018年3月收治的60例青春期痤疮患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(药物治疗)和观察组(药物治疗基础上联合传统针灸治疗),分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前中医证候评分、皮损评分及满意度评分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组面部潮红、口干口臭、小便短赤、大便秘结评分、皮损评分及满意评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前炎症因子水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%),复发率(6.67%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统针灸联合药物治疗青春期痤疮疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,调节炎症因子的表达,提高满意度。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and satisfaction of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drugs in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods From October 2017 to March 2018, 60 patients with adolescent acne were divided into two groups: control group(drug therapy) and observation group(combined with traditional acupuncture therapy).To analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score, skin lesion score and satisfactory score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,the scores of flushed face, bad breath of dry mouth, short redness of urine, constipation score, skin lesion score and satisfaction score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups before treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-8(IL-8) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(96.67%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(76.67%), and the recurrence rate(6.67%) was lower than that in the control group(26.67%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms, regulate the expression of inflammatory factors and improve satisfaction.
