摘要 目的:观察果酸对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑菌效果。方法:采用微量稀释法定量测定果酸对痤疮丙酸杆菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果:果酸对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为0.73~1.46mg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为1.46mg/mL。结论:果酸对痤疮丙酸杆菌有较好的抑菌效果。 Objective: To determine the bacteriostatic effect of Propionibacterium aches in vitro by alpha- hydroxy acid (AHA). Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MICs) of AHA to Propionibacterium aches was measured by small volume dilution method. Results: The MICs of AHA to Propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus were 0.73 - 1.46 mg/mL and 1.46 mg/mL respectively. Conclsuion: AHA can well inhibit Propionibacterium acnes in vitro.
