摘要
医院信息系统(HIS)与医保信息系统的接口是实现HIS与区域社会医疗保险信息系统集成的桥梁和纽带,也是医疗保险定点机构在信息化建设过程中必须解决的重点任务。本文介绍了医保接口系统在医院门诊挂号、门诊收费、住院登记以及住院收费结算子系统中的应用情况,并将参保人员在医疗机构发生信息采集到医保中心,它是医保中心管理分析参保人员就医情况和基金流动情况的必要手段。
The interface between hospital information system （HIS）and medical insurance system is the bridge and tie of the integration realization of HIS and regional social medical insurance information system. It is a key task that cannot be put aside in the process of information construction concerning the appointed medical insurance institution. This article introduces the application of the medical insurance interface system to the hospital outpatient registration, outpatient charge, hospital registration as well as charge settlement subsystem. Information of insured personnel occurred in hospitals will be collected to insurance center. This information is essential for the center to analyze the status of the hospitalization of the insured personnel and the situation of the fund mobility.
