摘要
分析了某电池盒上盖塑料件的工艺特点,介绍了该塑料件顶部内螺纹脱模机构、模具结构及其工作过程。由于塑料件的顶部有需要脱模的内螺纹,在定模座板与定模板之间设计了液压油缸驱动的齿轮齿条内螺纹脱模机构,且脱模动作在模具开模前完成;内螺纹脱模机构中设置了两个中间轮,实现了一模两腔带螺纹塑料件的顺利脱模;为减小主流道的长度,将主流道衬套固定在定模板上,并在定模座板上留出注塑机喷嘴通过孔;为保证塑料件表面质量,在塑料件侧面采用潜伏式浇口浇注;设置斜顶成型塑料件内扣和脱模,并设置了弹簧先行复位机构,以保证斜顶复位时的安全。
The technological characteristic of battery box upper cover was analyzed. Internal thread demoulding mechanism, mould structure and working process were introduced. Because there was internal thread on the top of the plastic parts that need to be demoulded,a hydraulic cylinder-driven gear rack mechanism was designed between the top clamping plate and cavity plate,and the demoulding action was completed before the mould was opened. Two intermediate wheels were set up in the internal thread demoulding mechanism,and the smooth demoulding of one mold and two cavity threaded plastic parts was realized. In order to reduce the length of the primary runner,the sprue bushing was fixed on the cavity plate,and the hole for injection nozzle through was left on the top clamping plate. In order to ensure the surface quality of plastic parts,submarine gate from the side of plastic parts was adopted. The slanted ejecting mechanism was set up to form inside buckle and demoulding. Spring pre-reset mechanism was set up to ensure the safety of slanted ejecting mechanism.
