摘要 针对弹扣盖塑件的结构特点,设计了一副用于塑件成型的两板模。运用Moldflow对塑件的浇注系统进行了CAE仿真分析,确定了塑件的模塑成型方案。模具分两次分型打开,第1次用于驱动三次斜向抽芯机构驱动斜滑块头进行斜向抽芯,第2次用于塑件从型腔镶件中脱模。所设计的锁紧块驱动的三次抽芯机构由锁紧块、中间滑块、斜滑块、斜滑块头构成,四者两两之间使用T形导轨进行驱动连接。所设计的一种强制顶座顶杆由直顶杆和其活动式顶座构成。针对螺丝柱特征,使用顶针顶出方式脱模。模具工作可靠,结构新颖紧凑,有较好的设计参考价值。 In view of the structural characteristics of the plastic parts of the elastic closure,a two-plate mold was designed.The CAE simulation analysis of the gating system of the plastic part was carried out by Moldflow,and the molding scheme of the plastic part was determined.The mold was opened in two steps,in the first step,the three-steps oblique core pulling mechanism was driven which in turn drove the oblique slider head to perform the oblique core pulling,and in the second step,the plastic part was demold from the cavity insert.The designed three-step core pulling mechanism driven by the locking block was composed of a locking block,an intermediate slider,an oblique slider,and an oblique slider head.T-shaped guide rails were used for driving connection between two each pair of the four components.A designed compulsory top seat and top rod was composed of a straight top rod and its movable top seat.Thimble ejection method was adopted to demold the screw column characteristics.The mold works reliably,the structure is novel,compact and reliable,and has good design reference value.
