摘要
介绍安装在容量为25~660MW发电机组轴系不同轴向位置上的浮动和接触密封对振动影响的测试结果,分析产生振动的机理及特征,提出诊断方法和防治对策,并对发电机转子密封瓦产生碰磨振动具备的条件作了论证。
The paper introduces the testing results of impacts of floating and contact sealings on shaft system vibration(these sealings are installed on the different axial positions of shaft system of 25~660 MW turbo-generator units),analyzes the mechanism and characteristic of caused vibrations, puts forward the diagnosis method and preventive measures, and expounds and proves the conditions on which colliding-rubbing vibration on the sealing device of generator's rotor occurs.
