摘要
目的:探讨鱼腥草颗粒联合阿奇霉素胶囊治疗急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选择2016年5月-2018年5月间我院收治的急性细菌性上呼吸道感染患者100例进行研究,随机均分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组予阿奇霉素胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合鱼腥草颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的白细胞计数(White Blood Cell,WBC)、C反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)变化水平及治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率高达96.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,治疗后,两组患者的WBC、CRP及PCT水平均较治疗前降低,治疗后组间比较,观察组降低幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:鱼腥草颗粒联合阿奇霉素胶囊治疗急性细菌性上呼吸道感染疗效确切,可有效降低炎性指标。值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of houttuynia granule plus azithromycin capsule on acute bacterial respiratory infection.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with azithromycin capsule.The observation group was treated with houttuynia granule more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 96%,significantly higher than 78% in the control group.After treatment,the WBC,CRP and PCT in two groups were lower than before treatment;and those in the observation group were more obvious decreased,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Houttuynia granule plus azithromycin capsule is effective,can effectively reduce inflammatory index,and is worthy of popularization and application.
