摘要
研究不同树脂、橡胶及消光剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金的哑光效果和力学性能的影响。结果表明,提高树脂流动性和添加不同种类的橡胶对PC/ABS合金的光泽度影响较小;且流动性和橡胶含量的大幅提升使得PC/ABS合金的力学性能有所下降。交联SAN的消光效果显著,但会降低合金的冲击性能。采用交联SAN与环氧消光剂复配的技术方案对PC/ABS合金力学性能影响较小,且使PC/ABS合金的光泽度从15. 0%降低至3. 5%,可赋予汽车内饰零件优异的哑光良感官属性。
The influences of resin,rubber and gloss-reducing agent on gloss reducing and mechanical property of polycarbonate( PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene( ABS) alloy were investigated. The results show that melt flow rate enhancement and the addition of rubber both have little effect on the gloss of PC/ABS alloy. The continuous increase in melt flow rate and the content of rubber has a negative impact on mechanical property of alloy. Crosslinked acrylonitrile styrene( SAN) has a good performance in gloss-reduction,however it could decrease the impact strength. The joint effect of crosslinked SAN and epoxy matt agent promotes the decline of the gloss of PC/ABS from 15. 0% to 3. 5%, with little effect on the mechanical property. It could provide high sensory quality to automotive interior parts.
