摘要
基于球型消光粉粒子在涂膜中均匀分散,推导出亚光涂料光泽的数学表达式。该式表明:消光粉量、消光粉吸油量、涂料密度和消光粉密度之比、消光粉凸出涂膜程度、光泽测量角度等是决定亚光涂膜光泽的直接因素。该式可用于估算亚光涂料的预期光泽,具有相当好的精度。
A mathematic expression to predict the gloss of low gloss paint was deduced based on the ideal hypothesis that matting agent are sphere particles and disperse in coat equably. The expression shows that the gloss of low gloss paint is correlated with some direct factors as below : the concentration of matting agent in paint, oil absorption of matting agent, the density ratio of paint and matting agent, the degree of matting particles protruding out of coat film, the angle of measuring gloss. The expression can be used to estimate the gloss of. low gloss paint.
