Study on the Influence Factors of Reducing ABS Gloss

摘要 研究了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合成工艺、填料种类和含量、消光剂Blendex BMAT对ABS光泽度的影响。结果表明,本体法ABS对降低光泽度效果明显;加入填料能够降低材料光泽度,填料含量越高效果越明显,片状填料降低光泽度效果较好;BMAT能够显著降低ABS的光泽度。 The effects of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene(ABS)synthesis process,filler type,filler content,and BMAT on the glossiness of ABS were studied.The results show that mass polymerization ABS has obvious effect on decreasing glossiness and the addition of filler could reduce the gloss of the material.As the increase of the filler content,the effect could improve and laminar filler could decrease the glossiness.BMAT could significantly reduce the glossiness of ABS.
