苯乙烯-马来酸酐悬浮溶胀接枝氯乙烯共聚物制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and Properties of Styrene-Maleic Anhydride Suspension-Swelling Graft of Vinyl chloride Copolymer

摘要 通过悬浮溶胀接枝共聚法制备了含有苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物接枝氯乙烯共聚物(SMA-g-VC)的聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱图证实SMA-g-VC共聚物的存在,测定了共聚产物中SMA的接枝率,并研究了共聚产物的微观形貌、热性能、力学性能和耐热性。结果表明,随着SMA投料比增加,SMA接枝率增加幅度变缓,树脂颗粒也逐渐增大且表面附生较多的小颗粒。含有SMA-g-VC共聚物的PVC树脂出现3个玻璃化转变温度,且随着SMA投料比增加,SMA-g-VC组分的玻璃化转变温度升高。拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都随着SMA投料比增加出现先增加后降低的变化趋势,冲击强度随着SMA投料比的增加而降低,而维卡耐热温度随着SMA投料比增加而大幅度升高。 Polyvinyl chloride( PVC) resins containing graft copolymer of styrene-maleic anhydride onto vinyl chloride( SMA-g-VC) were prepared by suspension-swelling graft copolymerization method. The presence of SMA-g-VC copolymer was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The grafting ratios of styrene-maleic anhydride( SMA) in copolymerization products were determined. The microstructure,thermal properties, mechanical properties and heat resistance of the copolymerization products were investigated. The results show that with the increase of SMA feeding ratios,the increase amplitude of SMA grafting ratios is decreasing, and the size of resin particles increases gradually with abundant granules attaching the surface of resins. The PVC resins containing SMA-g-VC copolymer exhibits three glass transition temperatures,and the glass transition temperature of SMA-g-VC component increases with the SMA feeding ratios increasing. Tensile strength and elongation at break show a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing with the SMA feeding ratios increasing. Impact strength decreases and vicat softening temperature increases significantly with the SMA feeding ratios increase.
