摘要
介绍了ABS接枝液与α-甲基笨乙烯-丙烯腈(α-MS-AN)共聚物进行乳液共混改性的研究。提出了制备综合性能较佳的耐热ABS树脂的配方。用DSC法、PGC法和透时电镜分别研究上述两组份的相容性及所制得树脂的组成及其相态结构。实验结果表明,“α-MS-AN共聚物可改进ABS的耐热性和刚性,有利于该树脂进一步降低价格,扩大应用。此外,对ABS接枝物中的橡胶粒径、含胶量等对树脂性能的影响也进行了探讨。
Modifications of ABS by emulsion blend of ABS latex and α-methylstyrene-acrylonitrile(α-MS-AN)copolymers were introduced.The formulation for producinga heat resistance ABS resin with optimal physical properties was proposed.Thecompatibility of the components,composition of the resin prepared,and micro-structural morphology were demonstrated by the DSC,PGC and TEM diagrams re-spectively.The experimental results show that the heat resistance and rigidity ofthe ABS can be improved by adding α-MS-AN copolymer,with the result in re-duction of production costs.In addition,the influence of the latex particle size andthe rubber contents in ABS graft latex against the properties of the resin pre-pared have also been investigated.
